Psychostrategy: Psychology Journal and Military Dynamics is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani). The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, scholars, professionals, and military practitioners to publish original research, theoretical discussions, and applied studies focusing on the intersection of psychology and military dynamics. Emphasizing both strategic and interdisciplinary approaches, Psychostrategy aims to bridge academic discourse and practical applications in the field of military psychology and related psychological sciences.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, topics such as military psychology, psychological warfare and defense strategies, mental health issues among military personnel and veterans, combat stress and trauma, psychological assessment and resilience in military environments, leadership psychology in military organizations, cognitive and behavioral performance enhancement in strategic settings, civil-military psychological relations, and social support systems for military families. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary studies that apply psychological theories and methods to various aspects of military and defense dynamics.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to ensure objective and unbiased evaluation of the scientific content. Psychostrategy: Psychology Journal and Military Dynamics is published 2 times per year and provides open access to promote the widespread dissemination of knowledge and foster scholarly exchange among the academic and defense communities.
